We are looking for a Senior Global Content and Social Media Manager (f/m/d) to join our Brand Marketing team in Essen.

Your Tasks

• Demonstrated marketing experience and brand understanding, being able to define the marketing mix to deliver specific campaign objectives such as driving familiarity and consideration of the brand, lead generation across the funnel
• Develop creative concepts, aligned to the overall campaign strategy – resulting in customized content plan that inform both media and creative
• Highly skilled in connection planning. This involves a process of applying data and insights to align media and message, ultimately leading to strategies that truly connect our brand to consumers
• Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels and optimise campaign on a constant level

Your Profile

• Marketing experience with a solid strategic background in Brand centric environments like Consumer Goods Industries, also as a mix of industry and agency background 
• 8 + years agency experience or in a similar role
• Successful management in senior stakeholders, resulting in strong and postive outcomes
• In-depth experience and proven success in cutting-edge digital marketing campaign creation, execution and MROI measurement on an international scale
• Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment
• Demonstrated brilliant execution to high standards across various pillars of brand building
• Deep personal accountability for great performance
• Experience working in Matrix organizations across multiple countries/geographies
• Fluent German and English language skills
